Orders and Delivery

Virgin Green will deliver the goods you order to the delivery address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Virgin Green to be authorised to receive the goods. You must ensure that a person over 16 years old is available to accept delivery of the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, you may be required by the courier to pay additional fees for re-delivery.

Delivery and Shipping

If your order is delivered by Australia Post, and there is no one available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during their normal opening hours. If your order is delivered by other couriers other than Australia Post, please contact the courier for pick up or re-delivery. Additional delivery fee, where applicable, is at your own cost.


Store olive oil in cool and dark place. Do not refrigerate or expose to direct sunlight. It is natural that olive oil may become cloudy at low temperatures, and it does not affect the quality of the oil.

Returns and Refunds

Virgin Green will comply with its Return and Refund Policy.

Prices and Payment

You must pay the applicable price for each online order. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Virgin Green may vary prices at any time without prior notice.

Your credit or debit card information provided to Virgin Green is safe and secure. Virgin Green utilizes eWay payment gateway, which is tier-one PCI DSS compliant, and has the same levels of data security as the largest banks in the world, to process the credit or debit card payment securely over the internet. Virgin Green does not store your credit or debit card information at any time in any form.

In terms of payment methods, we accept

●  Visa, MasterCard, American Express including credit cards, debit cards with no additional surcharge. If you are using credit or debit card issued by non-Australian financial institution, the overseas bank that issued your card may identify your credit or debit card payment as a foreign transaction and charge you a foreign transaction fee. For further information, please contact your bank.

●  WeChat Pay with no additional surcharge.

●  Alipay with no additional surcharge.

●  Bank Transfer or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). If you elect to pay by EFT, you are required to make the payment within 24 hours from your bank account to the following account:

If the payment is not received within 72 hours since order is placed, the order may be delayed or cancelled with no prior notice.

Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched. 

Your Account

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your email address. You are liable if your email address is used by an unauthorised person. Virgin Green may suspend or cancel your account at any time without a prior notice if Virgin Green identifies your account is used abusively.


Virgin Green will comply with its Privacy Policy. Virgin Green will not reveal your personal information to any external organisation except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.


Any liability of Virgin Green in connection with goods supplied to you will subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Virgin Green be limited to replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods.

Delivery Address and Contact Details

When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. To receive a notification of delivery status, please provide us with your email and mobile number. Delivery is via courier and cannot be to a post office box.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions when the order is placed. Virgin Green may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without a prior notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
